How you get your grades after the final exam
For Sheridan on-line courses, the final grades may be viewed
on-line at any time during and after the semester.
Due to the nature of the OntarioLearn grading system it may take up to 3 working weeks, following the end of the course, for these grades to be entered on the Sheridan College grade system.
The instructors may not have assigned a grade to all students in a class at the same time, which could result in a zero or "F" to be displayed for some students temporarily. This will automatically be corrected within the first couple of weeks of the grade entry time period!
Once the grades are entered on the Sheridan College grade system, your grade(s) transcript will automatically be mailed to you.
To view your grades online follow these instructions:

- Go to the website www.sheridaninstitute.ca
- At the top of the page, click the link item [AccessSheridan]
- Enter your UserID and PassWord in the boxes, and click [ Log In ]
- On the 'accesssheridan page, click the link [ O.A.S.I.S - Self Service ]
- On the SAPROD page click the following menu items:
- Click on your Home page [SA Self Service]
- Click on [Learner Services]
- Click on [Academics]
- Click on [View my grades]
The Grade Page is then displayed. On the Grade Page you may choose to see your grades by class, or, if you are enrolled in a program, you may look-up your GPA
If you cannot log-in to SheridanAccess,
please contact the "Call Center" at 905-845-9430 ext: 2961
and have the following information ready:
- Last name
- First name
- Student Number
- The name and course code for which you want the grade
Student Records and Transcript Requests
Students can now select from a list of online forms to request or change certain information. All forms are official and require student number, birth date and originating email address to authenticate your request. These items form the equivalent of your "electronic signature" and will be treated as if a signed form was submitted to Academic Services.

If your are requesting a Sheridan transcript for the purpose of applying to another Ontario college, transcripts must be requested through OCAS. If you are applying to an Ontario university, transcripts must be requested through OUAC. There is no charge for Sheridan students and graduates.
