Two weeks prior to show openings, and during the run of the performances, the Box Office is open Tuesday to Friday, 11:00am to 3:00pm.
On performance days the Box Office is open one hour prior to performance times.

Subscription Series
Gold and Silver Series subscribers receive advance reservation privileges in renewing their subscriptions. Subscription renewals will be accepted by mail, fax or deposit in the Theatre Sheridan mail box, located at the Box Office. Ticket orders will be processed in the order of receipt.
New subscription orders will be processed after July 27, 2009. To be seated with friends, please submit all order forms together in the same envelope or fax.
Membership Privileges
Friends of Theatre Sheridan Privileges are only applicable to transactions carried out by the registered member.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. All ticket orders, whether by phone, mail, fax, or at the counter, are considered final sales, and must be accompanied by full payment. Theatre Sheridan prefers VISA and MasterCard, we also accept cash and cheques made payable to ‘Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning’. We are unable to accept debit card transactions. A handling fee of $2.00 will be applied to all telephone & fax orders.

Exchanges
Tickets will not be accepted for refund or resale. However, tickets may be exchanged for an alternate night of the same show, provided the tickets are returned to the Box Office two business days prior to the date on the ticket you wish to exchange. A $2.00 per ticket exchange fee will apply.

$16 (Mainstage) $13 (Studio) on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday Matinee only.
Group Sales – Theatre Sheridan offers discounts for groups of 15 or more. Some conditions apply. Call the Box Office for details.
Special Needs
Sheridan College is equipped with ramps and wheelchair facilities, but Theatre Sheridan has limited wheelchair seating. Please make your requirements known when ordering tickets.
